
Michelle Boyer she/her/hers
Chairperson of External Relations Committee
Michelle Boyer began working at the Society of St. Vincent de Paul’s National Council Office in 2014, shortly after graduating from Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in Print and Internet Journalism and a Minor in Spanish. Through her time at the Society, she has learned and grown in her position and currently works as the Marketing and Communications Specialist. Some of Michelle’s main tasks include producing the weekly e-newsletter, Frederic’s e-Gazette, managing the National Council’s social media accounts, and working as a producer on the Our Faith in Action television series. While continuing to work for the Society full-time, Michelle is also attending school to earn her associate degree in Graphic Communications. She joined YNPN in 2018 and joined the board on the Programming Committee shortly after. She now serves as the External Relations Chairperson and enjoys working with her committee to develop exceptional programming to bring to YNPNSTL members.

Kevin Kickham he/they
External Relations Committee
Kevin Kickham, CFRE is the Director of Institutional Giving at LaunchCode, where he manages philanthropic relationships with corporations & foundations and oversees the organization’s grant proposals & reporting. A native St. Louisan, Kevin loves meeting other nonprofit professionals, learning about their organization’s work, and understanding their vision for the betterment of the region. He serves on YNPN St. Louis’ External Relations Committee, curating email newsletters and managing our ongoing series of monthly professional development events.

Danyelle Dosunmu she/her/hers
Internal Relations Committee
Danyelle has a B.A. in Anthropology and an M.S. in Museum and Field Studies. She has worked in a variety of nonprofits for over 14 years from museums to health and human service agencies. She loves working in nonprofits as she knows the value of the services and programs they offer and the positive impact they have on the community. She is excited to be a part of the YNPN St. Louis and to help provide support and valuable resources for young nonprofit professionals. She serves on several other boards and committees and is passionate about helping improve diversity, equity, and inclusion especially in Nonprofits and the field of philanthropy. She currently works as a Grant Writer for Beyond Housing and also works as a freelance and consultant grant writer for other organizations.

Natalie Piper she/her/hers
Community Outreach Coordinator & Consultant at Piper Consulting
Natalie has been on the YNPN STL team since December 2019. She has been a fundraising database manager for various nonprofits around St. Louis and is also working on an MPPA At the University is Missouri, St. Louis. During her free time, she likes to hit the gym and play recreational softball.

Sara McCormick she/her/hers
External Relations Committee & Website Curator
Sara graduated with her Masters in Public Policy Administration from the University of Missouri- St. Louis. Sara spent 3 years as an early childhood educator before transitioning careers into the State Auditor’s Office. In this role, Sara works with a team of auditors to ensure proper use of public funds within government funded entities. On the weekends, Sara works as a Site Supervisor with earthday365 on the Recycling on the Go program team. This event greening program coordinates with local community partners and volunteer networks to achieve their environmental justice goals. When relaxing, Sara enjoys the outdoors and traveling, both locally and internationally, with her partner and two rescue dogs.
